1. Production workshop

The purification workshop has an efficient fresh air system, independent personnel purification channels, coexistence of people and vehicles, and always maintain the static pressure gradient of each clean operation room. Equipped with international leading first-class production line, full automatic production.

2. Reaction workshop

There are 4 sets of reaction reactors (volume 2000L), 4 sets of hydrolysis neutralization reactors (including 2 sets of 5000L, 1 set of 2000L, 1 set of 1000L), 3 sets of dissolving water washing reactors (including 2 sets of 5000L and 1 set of 2000L).

Each set of equipment is equipped with a condenser, two receiving tanks, a steam riser, each set of equipment is equipped with water, steam, refrigerant pipes. It can realize the functions of normal temperature cooling, heating and low temperature cooling.

3. Rectification workshop

A total of 13 rectification equipment (sets).

2 sets of 1500L equipment, 4 sets of 1000L equipment, 4 sets of 500L equipment, 1 set of 300L equipment, and a 500L fractionation tank.

Each unit is equipped with a slow empty tank, a condenser, and two receiving tanks (the smaller is the  front distillate tank, the larger is the boutique tank).
